Trends : No. of GMAT takers & Applications to B schools

Period from 2002 to 2004 saw a major decline in the no. of candidates taking GMAT and applying for MBA(full and part time), as at this time students were more inclined towards scientific field.

But again, with opening of more MNC's (more job opportunities and sky reaching salaries promising to fulfil high standard of living desires), a steady increase in application was noticed from 2004 to 2007.

Since 2007, candidates taking GMAT and applying for Full time MBA is increasing and is expected to go up even further.
